We do not guarantee claim approval or specific insurance outcomes.

- Customer Responsibilities
To help ensure a smooth project, customers agree to:

- Allow reasonable access to the property
- Secure pets and remove personal items near the work area

- Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Deposits may be required prior to scheduling
- Final payment is due upon completion

Rock Roof may provide workmanship warranties as outlined in your contract.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
This Terms of Service document does not replace or modify any written warranty agreement.
